Is it a physical product?
No. All Keepies Girl products are digital . No physical items will be sent by mail.
How will I receive my product?
After your purchase, you will receive a PDF file by email and/or in your customer account. This PDF contains the instructions and a link to the template. Please note that this does not apply to custom-made products.
Where can I edit the template?
The templates are editable on Canva.
A free Canva account is all you need; no paid subscription is required.
Is everything customizable?
Yes. You can modify the text, colors, photos, and graphic elements. Each template is designed to be fully customizable.
Do I need design skills?
No. The templates are designed to be easy to use, even if you're a beginner on Canva.
Can I print my file?
Yes. You can print at home, at a print shop, or via an online printing service (Canva or other).
Can I use the creations for commercial purposes?
No. Keepies Girl products are for personal use only. Any commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.
Can I request a refund?
Since the products are digital, they are non-refundable after purchase. If you experience any technical issues (corrupted file, broken link), please don't hesitate to contact me.

What is a custom-made product?
A custom product is a personalized digital creation made by Keepies Girl using the information you provide (photos, memories, names, dates, inspirations, etc.). The client does not modify the product itself.
Which products are custom-made?
Custom products include: personalized coloring pages from photos and personalized souvenir visuals/posters.
Any creation indicated as “made to measure” on the product page.
How does ordering a custom-made product work?
- You place your order on the website
- You send the requested elements (photo, information, inspirations)
- I create the custom visual
- You will receive the final digital file by email.
What information do I need to provide for a custom-made product?
Depending on the product, the following may be required:
- one or more photos
first names or initials - an important date
- memories, objects, or inspirations
Detailed instructions are provided on the product information sheet.
Can I request changes?
Each creation is made with care. Minor adjustments may be possible depending on the product, but the design remains true to the Keepies Girl style . Excessive requests or complete changes are not included.
What is the creation timeframe?
The creation times are indicated on the product page.
Custom-made products are generally delivered a few days after receipt of all the necessary information.
In what formats will I receive my product?
Custom products are delivered in digital format, usually as PDF or JPG. No physical shipment is made.
Can I print a custom-made product?
Yes. The files are designed to be printable or used in digital format, depending on the product.
Are custom-made products refundable?
No. As personalized products are created especially for you, they are not refundable once the creation has been delivered, in accordance with regulations on personalized digital content.
What happens if I have a problem?
