The products offered on Keepies Girl are digital products (downloadable digital files or personalized creations delivered electronically).

In accordance with current legislation (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), digital products delivered immediately after purchase are neither exchangeable nor refundable once the download has begun or the creation has been delivered.

By confirming your order, you agree to:

the immediate delivery of the digital content,
and expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

Customized Digital Products

For custom-made products (e.g., personalized coloring pages, visuals created from your photos or personal information):

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are possible once the creation process has begun or has been delivered.

As these products are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold or reused.

Exceptional Cases

A refund or replacement may only be considered in the following cases:

a defective or unreadable file,
a technical error preventing access to the product,
a proven problem related to the file provided.

In this case, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, specifying:

your order number,
a clear description of the problem encountered.

We are committed to finding a quick and appropriate solution (re-sending the file, correction, or replacement).

No refunds in the following cases

No refund will be granted for:

a change of mind after purchase,
a misunderstanding of the product (please read the description carefully before purchasing),
an ordering error on your part,
a product already downloaded or used, or a result that does not match personal preference.
